To promote accounting education and students’ career choice of the profession by supporting educators throughout the state of Michigan.
Goals
- Share innovative practices in the teaching of accounting.
- Assist educators in strengthening the pipeline to the accounting profession.
- Provide accounting educators with networking opportunities.
- Honor outstanding achievement among Michigan accounting educators.
- Advocate for accounting educators: Identify concerns and seek solutions.
Participation
The task force requirement is to attend at least 50% of the scheduled task force meeting either via conference call or in person.
